Research has shown that physical activity is beneficial for bone health, improving balance and posture, and reducing fall and fracture risk. This five-week Level 2 class is designed for individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis who have previously completed Level 1. The class will consist of more advanced exercises for core and postural muscle strength and balance training. Registration/information: 802-257-8255.
