As we age our bodies send us signals more frequently as to our overall wellbeing. We note that we get a bit tired faster than we use to, move a little slower than we use to, can’t quite do as much physically. Sometimes it is due to injuries, other times is it due to very slow repetition of use over years whereby the change is so subtle it is not even noticed until we realize daily activities seem to take longer, or are harder to do.
