BMH Hosts Safe Sitter™ Workshop for Teens, July 27
The Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Department of Community Health and Hospital Education presents a Safe Sitter™ workshop for boys and girls, ages 11-13, on Friday, July 27.
Safe Sitter™ classes have helped thousands of adolescents across the country learn basic lifesaving and safety techniques, helping them become more confident caregivers. Students will learn how to set-up babysitting services as a business, behavior management, child care essentials, injury management and much more.
The program takes place from 9:00 am to 4:10 pm in the Brew Barry Conference Center at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, located at 17 Belmont Avenue. Class size is limited to eight students and the fee is $45.00 per person. Call 802-257-8325 to register or receive more information.
