BMH Offers Free Prostate Screening Clinic, October 29
Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is offering a free prostate screening clinic from 5:30-7:30PM on Monday, October 29 on the third floor of the BMH Dunham Building.
Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of death for men in America. In addition to the free screening, the visit will include a PSA blood test and a digital rectal exam. To be eligible, individuals must be between 40 and 70-years old and have not had a PSA blood test in the past 12 months.
The registration deadline is October 22. To register, call 802-251-8245. This screening is presented by Dr. Craig Rinder, BMH Urologist and Medical Director of Men’s Health at BMH, and the BMH Department of Community Initiatives/Blueprint Project.
