Minimum system requirements to view images on the PACS in your office:
These screenshots are from Windows XP. The screens may vary in the different versions of Windows.
You must have Administrator or Power User rights for this initial installation.
WINDOW XP SERVICE PACK 2 USERS: You must install this patch first in order for PACS to work: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884020. This will require you to reboot your computer.
Add https://portal.bmhvt.org to Trusted Sites:
Start the BMH Portal:
Type the following URL into the web browser:

Login with your username and password.
The first time you login, the Secure Application Manager will install. This is required for PACS.

Click Yes to install

Click Yes to reboot. Make sure all other applications are saved and closed.
Once you reboot, log in to the portal again. The first time you login you will get a warning:

Click Always. You will now be at the menu page.

If you have
the iSite

The install screen will display. If the File Download box doesn’t display automatically, click the Download button.

Click the Run button

Click Run again to start the installation

This can take up to 15 minutes depending on your Internet speed. Once the installer closes, click the “click here” link in the center of the iSite Enterprise Installation page
You should now see the iSite

Done.
Troubleshooting:
The following will do a complete install of the Juniper Secure Application Manager. Some computers are exhibiting excessive CPU usage when accessing the PACS system. This will require logging in as a user with administrator rights on the PC.
