This class teaches the meditative martial art of Tai Chi, which features slow, gentle movement and deep breathing.  Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that can help you stay healthy, especially when it comes to caring for your joints, building strength, and improving balance.  This class is designed for all abilities, and students can participate seated in a chair, if needed.  For more information or to register, please call 802-257-3171.
