Bonebuilders – An Osteoporosis Prevention Program
Bonebuilders utilizes light arm and ankle weights to stem the effects of osteoporosis, increase muscle tone, improve balance, and enhance energy and well-being. Volunteer class leaders, trained by RSVP instructors, lead classes at ten sites throughout Windham County. Monday Lunch Time Exercise DVD Club
Do you need company to help inspire you to exercise? Do you have a collection of exercise DVD's gathering dust? Then join this noontime exercise group.
