Dr. [Timothy] Kelley and his staff are the best. Always welcoming and empathetic to the patients’ needs and concerns. The office is very large and well-kept and clean. Plenty of seating, and they have the chairs that sit up higher than your average office chair for those of us with handicap concerns. That, to me, tells me they are mindful of what their patients need. There are restrooms and plenty of parking, including handicap. Their offices are located in The Richards Building next to BMH. There is also a handicap ramp to get into the building if needed. There is an elevator as well. Very impressed with Dr. [Eric] Gallagher. Whenever I go see him, he’s very professional and empathetic, answers all my questions, listens to what I have to say, and respects it. He doesn’t try and tell me what to do or what the best thing is; instead, he always listens, thinks about it, and then gives me his feedback, which I really appreciate.
