Dear Vendors,
Brattleboro Memorial Hospital has contracted with Green Security for vendor credentialing. ALL vendors requiring access to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital must be registered and obtain a badge from Green Security by Monday, August 3rd, 2026. 
Green Security will provide the background screening and credentialing service for all Brattleboro Memorial Hospital vendors, service technicians, consultants, service reps, sales reps, etc.

Company registrations are required prior to submitting an individual registration. Contact Green Security customer service for assistance if your company is not already registered with Green Security. Companies can also request to have company manager accounts established to manage all their vendors and contractors in the Green Security web portal.
Annual Cost Per Representative:
- Level 2A (Non-Clinical Contractors/Facilities/Service Reps) – $125.00
- Minority Owned & Small Businesses – $49.99 (Company W9 and Certification must be provided)
- Level 2B (Healthcare Industry Sales/Support Reps – Access to Non-Invasive Areas) – $275.00
- Level 3 (Clinical Sales/Support Reps – Access to Invasive Areas) – $275.00
Green Security Hard Badge Cost: $30.00, plus shipping (one-time mandatory fee)
The Green Security hard badge will be used to check-in at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital when coming onsite.
We encourage you to begin the registration process as soon as possible. Submitted credentials will be reviewed by Green Security within 2-5 business days. Your account must be fully approved before coming onsite.
All vendors are required to stop at a Green Security kiosk to check-in, when visiting Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. Vendors will be required to wear their Green Security issued hard badge, as well as a printed paper badge that will be dispensed when you have successfully checked in at the kiosk.
