Indoor Walking Group

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Join us for a fun and active workout walking and moving in place to an active walking DVD. Meet new people, get a cardio workout, and get healthy. The class is structured so you can exercise for 15 minutes or for 45 minutes. You choose the pace and time right for you. For more info, call 802-257-3171.
