Perinatal Classes 2026:

Let us help you prepare for the birth of your baby! The FREE Childbirth Education classes offered by BMH help families prepare for labor, birth, and early parenting.

Presentations, discussion, videos, and hands-on learning will help you understand the many aspects of preparing for your baby. It’s never too soon to register for perinatal classes. Most students begin classes around the 30th week of pregnancy.
