Infertility & Reproductive Endocrinology

Our infertility services are led by Dr. McBean, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, providing expert evaluation and personalized treatment for infertility and recurrent pregnancy lost.

Evaluations Include:

  • Comprehensive fertility consultation
  • Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) for tubal patency
  • Saline-infusion sonogram for uterine cavity assessment
  • Office ultrasound for ovarian function and reserve
  • Laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of infertility-related conditions
  • Hysteroscopy for uterine septum or adhesions
  • Evaluation of congenital gynecologic anomalies

Treatment Options Include:

  • Ovulation induction medication
  • Insemination
  • Hormonal and ultrasound monitoring for patients undergoing IVF at UVM

Gender-Affirming Care

Gender-affirming surgical gynecologic services delivered with respect, privacy, and individualized support. We collaborate with Dr. Goldberg in the Pride Time Clinic to provide medical services.
