Chair Yoga: For folks uncomfortable in their body

An event every week that begins at 4:00pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This free 45 minute class will focus on range of motion, strength building, flexibility, and balance. Poses will be performed either seated or with the option to hold onto a chair. A relaxation segment is also included.
