The Birthing Center at BMH: Where Families are Born!

Each pregnancy and birth is unique, and the Birthing Center at Brattleboro Memorial hospital provides care that is individualized to your family.

Our team of nurses, certified nurse midwives, and obstetricians work closely together to combine evidence-based practice with your specific goals. You are a valued member of our community, and you deserve a team that is able to dedicate the time to understand your family’s needs.

We value education, shared decision making, and connection with broader community resources as you embark on this journey.

Our midwives believe that pregnancy and birth are a normal process. The Birthing Center provides an intimate environment that supports low intervention birth with the experience to safely address complications if they arise. The collaboration between our obstetricians and midwives allow us to provide accessible and safe care to individuals with both low- and high-risk pregnancies.
